There are 4 key steps we use to train each user of our site
To ensure our training methods are up to date we are constantly engaging with up-to-date academic research. When each new member joins Traonic, we ensure they are provided with the most effective training that humanity has so far uncovered, whether it be to maximise your performance, get fit or lose weight. Even if you just love to train, train to the best.
Step 2 involves you filling out our fitness profile form. This details every aspect of your training and situation that we need to know to craft your plan. This form includes questions about what you currently do for training, your goals, where your current fitness is, what your strength is like in different muscle groups and much more. Everything is important. A question such as “What country are you from?” may not seem meaningful at first, but will supply data on the climate and elevation that you may train at, factors which must be considered. This applies to all questions.
Once your plan is submitted, we compile all of your data into a spreadsheet, from which we can begin designing your training plan. This phase consists of hand-crafting individual training sessions, strength sessions, recovery phases, and more aspects that we need to consider. Not only do these sessions need to be specific to you, they need to be structured to optimise your recovery so you can train hard whilst staying injury-free.
Equally as important as an optimised training plan is a team available for support every step of the way. All athletes need extra guidance along their training path, whether this be an alteration to their training, information on specific things, or perhaps their own opinions to share. What matters is that they have a team at their disposal to assist them, and now so does every member of Traonic. Once your training plan is in action you will be able to contact Traonic specialists to assist you in your journey.

We support you throughout your time training with us to make sure things are going as well as they should be. If small changes need to be made to your training, this is done at no cost. We can also offer complete training redesigns if you get injured in some of our options.

Biomechanical analysis - running smooth is important
Our biomechanical analysis provides an in-depth breakdown of your running technique. We will give you a step-by-step plan for progressing your stride from where you currently are. Not only does this make running feel smoother and easier, but it has the potential to greatly reduce your risk of injury.

Recieve Daily Contact From The Team
Our Athletes can contact our training team daily for assistance/ advice about their training. The only way to get this level of support previously was to access your own (expensive) personal coach. Traonic removes the paywall barrier to this level of support, whilst maintaining (and building upon) exceptional quality.
Our specialised training team is able to assist with any questions, problems, suggestions, and more that regard your time training with us for no extra cost. We are always available to help you get the best out of your training.
Who Are We?
In 2024, Traonic was established in the United Kingdom, just outside the city of Winchester.
Founded by Henry Lucas, qualified in sport and exercise science and a competitive runner himself, envisioned bringing the level of care once reserved for elite athletes, to anyone looking to improve their fitness. Today, we proudly offer this service to anyone ready to accept the challenge.
